Relais & Châteaux Gourmet Festival: 8th - 10th of June 2018
Elounda Mare hotel, is proud to announce the continuation of its participation in the Gourmet Events of Relais & Chateaux. We offer guests the opportunity to experience various extraordinary culinary events.
Le Phebus & Spa Boutique Hotel restaurant chef, Xavier Mathieu, will be creating a 4 hands Relais et Chateaux Gourmet Festival Gala Dinner, along with Old Mill restaurant Relais & Chateaux chef, Antonis Petrellis, an explosion of creative tastes, taking guests on a journey through their palate.
Visits to local producers, wine tasting, local “Raki” tasting and many more events will take place during this exquisite journey.

Friday June 8th
12:00-14:00: Cheese degustation paired with local wines, by Elounda Mare Relais & Chateaux sommelier Babis Papadatos.
€55 per person
19:00: Cocktail buffet with local produce, variety of wine & “Raki”. Fish night @ the Yacht Club restaurant. €90 per person
Saturday June 9th
9:30-13:30: Honey production visit for beehives, snack buffet offered on location. €60 per person
19:30 : 4 hands Relais et Chateaux Gourmet Festival Gala Dinner by Xavier Mathieu 1 etoile Michelin chef @ Phebus & Spa, Gordes & Antonis Petrellis chef @ the Old Mill restaurant. Wine selection by the sommelier of Elounda Mare, Babis Papadatos. Children 10 years old and above welcome, please note that adult and child menu is the same (no alcohol).

Sunday June 10th
12:00-14:00 : Preparation of a speciality dish by Xavier Mathieu 1 etoile Michelin along with wine pairing by Elounda Mare Relais & Chateaux sommelier Babis Papadatos. Followed by 3-course set menu lunch & wine @ the Yacht Club restaurant of Elounda Mare hotel. €80 per person
The Gourmet Festival will take place at the Elounda Mare Relais & Chateaux hotel, Crete, Greece from the 8th until the 10th of June at 400€ per person.
